柴油机喷油泵进空气的故障原因及排除:柴油机中的喷油泵与油路接通后,形成一个密封的回路,当原体内有空气时,柴油机就应供不上油而停止工作。这时,手应首先检查油箱中柴油的存量,是否用光了,进咽油管是否离开油面;二是检查油箱出气口是否被堵塞,致使油路形成真空负压而无法供油,然后将喷油泵中的放气螺钉松开,用手油泵泵油,如有大量气泡或油沫出现,并感觉供油不畅快,说明低压油路也被堵塞,这时应检查粗、细柴油滤清器是否堵塞,油管是否有裂纹、碰瘪;各油管接头处垫圈是否忘记安装,或垫圈是否已损坏,造成泄漏或进气。

当手油泵泵油时,感觉供油很流畅,但是没有压力,这主要是由于喷油泵上的回油溢流阀中弹簧折断或疲劳变形,钢球磨损或有污物垫起而密封不严,使低压油路压过低而造成喷油泵供油不足。检查回油溢流阀密封效果时,用手堵住进油口用嘴吹气,吹不动为正常,否则为密封不严,用手油泵泵油时,抽动手柄时应感到有弹力,时很轻松或放开手柄自动回位。

对于老式手油泵还应检查喷油泵进油管到油箱之间的油路是否堵塞,如有堵塞现象多数是由于输油泵下面的进油滤网被污物堵塞或垫圈损坏所致。用手油泵泵油,轴动手柄时感觉无,压下手柄时,感觉阻力很大,主要是输油泵所到油泵之间油路堵塞。大部分是因喷油泵进油螺钉与溢流阀装反,输油泵中的止回油阀装反或磨损过甚,手油泵橡胶密封圈老化损坏等原因。

如喷油器上回油管中有大量的气泡出现,这主要是由于某缸喷油嘴偶件卡死在开启位置上,气缸中的高压气体窜到喷油泵体。将回油管连接油滤清器的一端拆下,堵死滤清器回油口,气泡消失,说明故障在喷油器,然后再找是哪一缸喷油嘴偶件卡死,进行排除。

高压共轨油泵常见的故障有八种现象

现象一、电控高压共轨柴油发动机,燃油系统在要重新排除空气的时候有时会出现齿轮泵不出油的现象。

1、齿轮油泵在没有油的情况下它是不工作的。我们必须要给油泵加些引油。使其得到润滑和密封,齿轮油泵才能工作(就像装发动机齿轮式机油泵一样加引油)。

2、按顺序给燃油供油系统排空气。

3、我们高压共轨系统的回油管是沉在油箱的底部(是和进油管一样),这样它的回油管的空气也必须排干净。

4、要供油管的有足够的内径。(一般比国ii发动机的油管内径大2到3毫米)。

5、当齿轮油泵得到引油的密封,就开始了正常的通过轨压控制器,向高压油泵的柱塞组件供油,待轨压达到规定质后,就开始过低压回油阀向往返油管和油箱来回油(同时也在排出低压循环油路的空气)

6、只要柱塞得到了齿轮油泵供来的油。高压轨中的空气是通过高压油泵的高压油,经过喷油器和轨压限压阀自动排除。这一点也跟国ii发动机高压管的空气排出一样。(我们有的修理工在装好发动机后,为了尽快启动,在打次打起动机时。把6个高压油管的接头都松开,待高压油管出油后在。再紧好高压油管,第二次打起动机保准能顺利启动发动机。这样排出高压管里空气是较快的。)

7、只要我们的电控喷油器和轨压阀。

高压轨里的压力是始终保持不降的,发动机停止时间再长,下次它都能很快启动的。

现象二、 泵的两个高压出油管不出油的情况:这样轨压是建立不起来的。如果计量单元没有问题,那还是低压部分的问题。
