14MnMoVBRE高强度合金结构钢

14MnMoVBRE是不含Cr、Ni的高强度合金结构钢，具有良好的贝氏体淬透性，在控制轧制状态下或正火回火状态下，有优良的综合力学性能，并有良好的高温力学性能、焊接性能和加工性能。

14MnMoVBRE适宜制造0～500℃工况下的结构件及压力容器等。

14MnMoVBRE is a high-strength alloy structural steel without Cr and Ni. It has good bainitic hardenability, and under controlled rolling conditions or normalized and tempered conditions, it exhibits excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. Additionally, it possesses good high-temperature mechanical properties, welding properties, and machinability. 14MnMoVBRE is suitable for manufacturing structural parts and pressure vessels under operating conditions ranging from 0 to 500°C.

碳 C：0.09～0.15；

硅 Si：0.30～0.40；

锰 Mn：1.00～1.30；

硫 S：≤0.035；

磷 P：≤0.035；

钒 V：0.04～0.10；

钼 Mo：0.30～0.40；

注：硼酸0.002～0.006。

14MnMoVBRE力学性能：

抗拉强度 σb(MPa)：762；

条件屈服强度 σ0.2(MPa)：522；

伸长率 δ5(%)：18；

断面收缩率 ψ(%)：58；

冲击韧性值 αku(J/cm2)：75； 试样尺寸：某试料。

热处理规范：920～950℃正火，500±10℃中温回火或650℃高温回火。 金相组织：贝氏体 珠光体。
