15MnMoVNXt低合金高强度结构钢最初由重庆钢铁公司和重钢公司研制，主要用于重型自卸车翻斗等对综合机械性能要求较高的工程结构。该钢种在1970年代经冶金部鉴定后逐步推广，适用于高压容器、能源装备、船舶桥梁及重型机械部件等场景。 15MnMoVNXt特性及适用：该钢还具有良好的抗磨性，适用于耐磨结构件制造。

15MnMoVNXt was initially developed by Chongqing Iron and Steel Company and Chongqing Steel Company, mainly used for engineering structures with high requirements for comprehensive mechanical properties such as the dump beds of heavy-duty dump trucks. After being identified by the Metallurgical Ministry in the 1970s, this steel grade was gradually promoted, applicable to scenarios such as high-pressure vessels, energy equipment, ship bridges, and heavy machinery components. 15MnMoVNXt化学成分：

碳 C：0.12%-0.20%；

锰 Mn：1.30%-1.70%；

钼 Mo ：0.20%-0.35%；

钒 V：0.06%-0.12%；

氮 N：0.010%-0.025%（通过固溶强化和碳氮化物细化晶粒，兼顾强度与韧性）。

15MnMoVNXt力学性能：

抗拉强度≥1060 MPa；

屈服强度≥620 MPa； 常温冲击功87 J；-40°C低温下仍保持65 J；

断后伸长率16%。

15MnMoVNXt热处理工艺：该钢以调质处理为主，包括淬火（950-970°C水冷）和回火（650-670°C空冷），可获得回火索氏体组织，平衡强韧性。

15MnMoVNXt焊接工艺：焊接时需采用低氢型焊材（如J557焊条），预热温度150-200°C，层间温度不低于预热值，并对厚板构件进行消氢处理以防止裂纹。
