碳 C ：0.19～0.24（±0.01）；

硅 Si：1.40～1.80（±0.05）；

锰 Mn：1.40～1.80（±0.05）；

硫 S ：≤0.025； 磷 P ：≤0.025；

铜 Cu：≤0.30。

22Si2Mn2交货状态：钢板以热处理状态交货。

22Si2Mn2热处理/硬度： 淬火，温度920～960℃；保温时间2～3min/mm；冷却介质水（水温＜30℃）。 回火，温度220±20℃；保温时间2～4min/mm；冷却介质水或者空气。 硬度，514～415（2.7～3.0）HBS10/300（压痕直径d，mm）。
