37SiMn2MoV特性及适用范围：37SiMn2MoV合金结构钢是一种综合性能优良的高级调质钢，淬透性高，调质后具有高的强度和韧性。用于制造大截面承受重负荷的调质零件和表面淬火零件，如重型机械的轴类.齿轮.转子.连杆及高压无缝钢管等，在石油化学工中用作高压容器.大螺栓等。此钢使用温度范围为-20-520℃，可制作工作温度450℃以下的大螺栓紧固件，也可代替35CrMo，40CrNiMo等钢使用，这种钢经淬火.低温回火后又可作超高强度钢使用。

37SiMn2MoV belongs to alloy structural steel, and the execution standard is GB/T 3077-2015.

Characteristics and applicable scope of 37SiMn2MoV: 37SiMn2MoV alloy structural steel is a high-grade quenched and tempered steel with excellent comprehensive properties, high hardenability, and high strength and toughness after quenching and tempering. It is used for manufacturing large-section quenched and tempered parts and surface quenched parts subjected to heavy loads, such as shafts, gears, rotors, connecting rods of heavy machinery, and high-pressure seamless steel pipes. In petrochemical engineering, it is used for high-pressure vessels and large bolts. The service temperature range of this steel is -20 to 520°C. It can be used to manufacture large bolt fasteners working at temperatures below 450°C, and can also replace steels such as 35CrMo and 40CrNiMo. After quenching and low-temperature tempering, this steel can also be used as ultra-high-strength steel.

硅 Si：0.60～0.90；

锰 Mn：1.60～1.90；

硫 S ：允许残余含量≤0.35；

磷 P ：允许残余含量≤0.35；

铬 Cr：允许残余含量≤0.30；

镍 Ni：允许残余含量≤0.30；

铜 Cu：允许残余含量≤0.30；

钒 V ：0.05～0.12；

钼 Mo：0.40～0.50。

37SiMn2MoV力学性能：

抗拉强度 σb (MPa)：≥980(100)；

屈服强度 σs (MPa)：≥835(85)；

伸长率 δ5 (%)：≥12；

断面收缩率 ψ (%)：≥50；　　

冲击功 Akv (J)：≥63冲击韧性值 αkv (Jcm2)：≥78(8)；　 硬度 ：≤269HB。

37SiMn2MoV热处理规范: 淬火870℃,水冷、油冷；回火650℃,水冷、空冷。

37SiMn2MoV交货状态：以热处理（正火、退火或高温回火）或不热处理状态交货，交货状态应在合同中注明。
