40CrMnSiMoVA无镍低合金超高强度钢具有良好的工艺性能和综合力学性能，经淬火加低温回火后有高的强度和良好的抗疲惫断裂性能。40CrMnSiMoVA对缺口和氢脆 （包括环境氢脆）有较高的敏感性。主要用于航空工业制造飞机起落架等高强度结构部件用钢及轴类件和螺栓等重要受力结构部件。

40CrMnSiMoVA is a nickel-free low-alloy ultra-high-strength steel with good processability and comprehensive mechanical properties. After quenching and low-temperature tempering, it exhibits high strength and excellent fatigue fracture resistance. 40CrMnSiMoVA is highly sensitive to notches and hydrogen embrittlement (including environmental hydrogen embrittlement). It is mainly used in the aviation industry for manufacturing high-strength structural components such as aircraft landing gear, as well as important load-bearing structural parts like shafts and bolts.

锰 Mn：0.80～1.20；

硫 S ：≤0.020；

磷 P ：≤0.020；

铬 Cr：1.20～1.50；

40CrMnSiMoVA规范及组织： 热处理规范：920℃油淬，180℃等温1h，空冷 220～260℃回火，空冷。

40CrMnSiMoVA金相组织：回火马氏体 下贝氏体 少量残余奥氏体。

40CrMnSiMoVA组织结构：温退火后为片状珠光体;完全退火后为珠光体+铁素体, 正火高温后为回火索氏体,淬火低温回火后为马氏体、下贝氏体及少量残余奥氏休。
