616是装甲车辆用防弹钢板的钢号，材质为22SiMn2TiB，简称装甲防弹钢，执行标准：GJB 1496A-2000（本标准规范适用于制造装甲车辆用厚度为4mm～22mm的钢板）。

616装甲防弹钢冶炼方式：采用转炉加炉外精炼或电弧炉冶炼。经供需双方协商，也可采用能保证本规范的各项要求的其它冶炼方法。 616 is the steel grade of bulletproof steel plates for armored vehicles, with a material composition of 22SiMn2TiB, commonly referred to as armor bulletproof steel. 碳 C ：0.19～0.25；

硅 Si：0.70～1.00；

锰 Mn：1.50～1.85；

硫 S ：≤0.025；

磷 P ：≤0.020；

硼 B ：0.0005～0.0035；

钛 Ti：0.01～0.06。

616装甲防弹钢交货状态： 钢板经高温回火状态交货。

616装甲防弹钢力学性能（布氏硬度，HBS10/3000）：

1）交货状态试样硬度值：≤269；压痕直径：≥3.70mm。

2）调质断口试样硬度值：-；压痕直径：-。

616装甲防弹钢热处理工艺：

1）淬火温度℃：910～930；保温时间min/mm：2～3；冷却介质：水。

2）回火温度℃：190～210；保温时间min/mm：3～5；冷却介质：空气。

616装甲防弹钢特性及适用范围：

该装甲车辆用防弹钢板采用热轧卷板作为基板进行热处理，抗枪弹性能优越，抗破坏性冲击能力强，性能均匀稳定特性，板形和表面质量好。适用于防53式7.62mm普通钢芯弹；53式7.62mmWO-109C穿甲燃烧弹；54式12.7mm穿甲燃烧弹的616装甲车辆用防弹钢板。
