FV520B是在原FV520的基础上研制的新型马氏体沉淀硬化耐酸、耐热不锈钢，该型钢种通过Cu、Nb、Mo等强化元素在时效过程析出ε－Cu，NbC、Mo2C、M7C3、M23C6的共同作用，起到很大的强化效果；FV520B钢在高转速工况下抗冲蚀性能好，具有良好的抗磨损性能，耐腐蚀，焊接性好，低温热处理硬化，比17-4PH的抗净间腐蚀和点腐蚀能力强，耐腐蚀能力与304相当。FV520B也常用于要求生锈率低的工业及海洋环境。FV520B新型马氏体沉淀硬化耐酸、耐热不锈钢主要应用于大型鼓风机、离心机、压缩机等叶轮、叶片制作及要求强度高、耐酸及耐一般腐蚀性的零部件加工。

FV520B is a new type of martensitic precipitation-hardening acid-resistant and heat-resistant stainless steel developed on the basis of the original FV520. This steel grade achieves significant strengthening through the combined action of ε-Cu, NbC, Mo2C, M7C3, and M23C6 precipitated during aging treatment by elements such as Cu, Nb, and Mo. FV520B steel exhibits excellent erosion resistance under high-speed conditions, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good weldability. It undergoes low-temperature heat treatment hardening, and its resistance to intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion is stronger than that of 17-4PH, with corrosion resistance comparable to that of 304. FV520B is also commonly used in industrial and marine environments where low rusting rate is required. The new type of martensitic precipitation-hardening acid-resistant and heat-resistant stainless steel FV520B is mainly applied to the manufacture of impellers and blades for large blowers, centrifuges, compressors, and the processing of parts requiring high strength, acid resistance, and general corrosion resistance.

FV520B用于大功率的风力系统。做高强结构件叶轮或者叶片压缩机转子等使用。0Cr14Ni6Mo2Cu2Nb、SC025既FV520B马氏体沉淀硬化耐酸耐热不锈钢，适合于多种特性工作环境下的特殊钢，其高强度、耐高温、耐磨、耐腐蚀、抗疲劳、高韧性、高焊接等性能决定了其在某特殊领域所不可替代。

FV520B化学成分:

碳C：0.04～0.07；

铬Cr：13～14.5；

镍Ni：5～6；

钼Mo：1.3～1.8；

铜Cu：1.3～1.8；

锰Mn：0.25～0.45；

硅Si：0.5～0.7；

硫S和磷P：小于0.03。

FV520B经电炉冶炼～浇注钢锭～退火～清理～轧制开坯～坑冷～清理～电渣重熔～罩冷～清理～水压机锻造～热退火～光面探伤～检查上交。

FV520B热处理工艺：1050℃固溶处理+850℃中间处理+470℃时效时FV520B钢的强度达到极大值=FV520B的热处理。
