M2是钼系高速钢,具有碳化物不均匀性小和韧性较高的优点.易于过热,故应严格控制淬火加热温度,对热处理保护要求较严.由于其硬度和耐磨性好,多用于制造切削较难切削材料的刀具.M2高速钢具有碳化物倾向性较大,故对热处理保护要求较严,适合承受震动和冲击荷载的模具。 M2高速钢主要用途:冷锻模、精冲模、粉末压制模等，剪切机模，添加玻纤之塑料模等。适合承受震动和冲击荷载的模具：深拉模具、冲孔模。金属切割锯刃，冷镦和挤出工具等。

M2 is a molybdenum high-speed steel, which has the advantages of small carbide unevenness and high toughness. It is easy to overheat, so the quenching heating temperature should be strictly controlled, and the requirements for heat treatment protection are strict. Due to its good hardness and wear resistance, it is mostly used to manufacture cutting tools for difficult-to-cut materials. M2 high-speed steel has a greater tendency to form carbides, so the requirements for heat treatment protection are strict, and it is suitable for molds subjected to vibration and impact loads. Main applications of M2 high-speed steel: cold forging dies, precision blanking dies, powder pressing dies, shearing machine dies, plastic molds with added glass fiber, etc. Molds suitable for withstanding vibration and impact loads: deep drawing dies, punching dies. Metal cutting saw blades, cold heading and extrusion tools, etc.

M2高速钢化学成分：

碳 C ：0.80～0.90(允许偏差:±0.01)；

硅 Si：0.20～0.45(允许偏差:±0.05)；

锰 Mn：0.15～0.40(允许偏差:+0.04)；

硫 S ：≤0.030； 磷 P ：≤0.030；

铬 Cr：3.80～4.40(允许偏差:±0.05)；

镍 Ni：允许残余含量≤0.30；

铜 Cu：允许残余含量≤0.25；

钒 V ：1.75～2.20(允许偏差:±0.05)；

钼 Mo：4.50～5.50(允许偏差:尺寸≤6,±0.05;尺寸>6,±0.10)；

钨 W ：5.50～6.75(允许偏差:尺寸≤10,±0.10;尺寸>10,±0.20)；

注：根据供需双方协议,V的含量可为1.60～2.20。 M2硬度    :≤255HB M2淬硬温度:1220-1240 M2硬度:≤63
