Mn13是抵抗强冲击、大压力物料磨损等耐磨材料中的选择，具有其它耐磨材料无法比拟的加工硬化特性，在较大冲击载荷或较大接触应力的作用下，表面硬度由HB200迅速提升到HB500以上。从而产生高耐磨的表面层，而钢板内层奥氏体仍保持良好的冲击韧性。高锰钢的特点有两个：一是外来冲击载荷越大，其自身表层耐磨性越高；二是随着表面硬化层的逐渐磨损，新的加工硬化层会连续不断形成。高锰钢的特殊性能，适于制作长时间经受高冲击物料磨损的耐磨构件，长期以来广泛应用于冶金、矿山、建材、铁路、电力、煤炭等机械设备中。尤其是近年来，随着现代工业的高速发展和科学技术的突飞猛进，高锰钢已成为磁悬浮列车、保险柜、防弹车、凿岩机器人、新型坦克等先进设备中的耐磨材料。许多新型材料和现代表面工程技术在性价比上仍无法与高锰钢相比。 Mn13高锰钢根据技术条件及要求冶炼，热轧，锻制Mn13钢板，Mn13薄板，Mn13圆钢，Mn13滑轨，Mn13型钢等供不同需求。

Mn13 is a preferred choice among wear-resistant materials for resisting strong impact, high pressure material wear, etc. It possesses unparalleled work hardening characteristics that other wear-resistant materials cannot match. Under the action of larger impact loads or larger contact stresses, the surface hardness rapidly increases from HB200 to above HB500. This results in a highly wear-resistant surface layer, while the austenitic inner layer of the steel plate still maintains good impact toughness. High manganese steel has two characteristics: first, the higher the external impact load, the higher the wear resistance of its own surface layer; second, as the surface hardened layer gradually wears, new work-hardened layers will continuously form. The special properties of high manganese steel make it suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant components that are subjected to long-term high-impact material wear. For a long time, it has been widely used in mechanical equipment in metallurgy, mining, building materials, railways, power, coal, and other industries. In particular, in recent years, with the rapid development of modern industry and the rapid advancement of science and technology, high manganese steel has become the wear-resistant material in advanced equipment such as maglev trains, safes, bulletproof cars, rock drilling robots, and new tanks. 碳 C（%） ：1.10～1.50；

硅 Si（%）：0.30～1.00；

锰 Mn（%）：11.00～14.00；

硫 S（% ）：≤0.050；

磷 P（% ）：≤0.090。

Mn13机械性能:

抗拉强度: ≥800MPa；

延伸率 :≥40%；

冲击性能: 20℃ 初始硬度值（HB）ak≥90（J） 200-250. 硬化后硬度值（HB） 冷 弯 180°>300 合格.
