PCrNi1Mo中碳合金钢，

执行标准：GJB3783-1999。

PCrNi1Mo冶炼方法：电炉+LF炉外精炼+电弧炉+电渣重熔。

PCrNi1Mo是一种小口径速射武器身管或者零部件用钢。PCrNi1Mo也是中碳低合金调质钢，制造不同类型的炮身管、炮尾和炮闩等主要结构件用钢； PCrNi1Mo是中碳低合金调钢P是炮的拼音首字母P，俗称炮钢，是制造不同类型大炮的炮身、炮尾和炮闩等主要结构件用钢。如加农炮、炮的炮身是主要部件。在连续作用中，身管承受高膛压和高温烧蚀作用，要求钢应具有高强度、高韧性和耐烧性能，即超高强度钢，通常使用中碳CrNiMo钢，如PCrNi1Mo和PCrNi3Mo钢，比例极限强度达550-850MPa。薄壁迫击炮要求重量轻，一般使用更高强度的合金钢，钢的比例极限强度要求在1200MPa以上。

PCrNi1Mo is a steel used for small-bore rapid-fire weapon barrels or components. It is also a medium-carbon low-alloy quenched and tempered steel, used for manufacturing major structural parts such as different types of gun barrels, breeches, and炮闩. PCrNi1Mo is a medium-carbon low-alloy steel; the 'P' in its name stands for the first letter of '炮' (pào, meaning 'cannon' in Chinese), commonly known as cannon steel, which is used for producing major structural components of various types of cannons, such as gun barrels, breeches, and炮闩. For example, the barrel of a howitzer is a primary component. During continuous operation, the barrel is subjected to high chamber pressure and high-temperature erosion, so the steel must possess high strength, high toughness, and wear resistance, i.e., ultra-high-strength steel. Typically, medium-carbon CrNiMo steels such as PCrNi1Mo and PCrNi3Mo are used, with proportional limit strengths reaching 550-850 MPa. Light-weight mortar barrels require lighter weight and generally use higher-strength alloy steels, with proportional limit strength requirements of over 1200 MPa.

32Cr2Mo1VE 30CrNi2MoVE PCrNi1Mo通过提高入炉原料的洁净度、合金烘烤、LF炉底吹氩、炉渣碱度控制、真空脱氢和保护浇注,冶炼出成分均匀、钢质纯净的合格PCrNi1Mo钢锭；钢锭分段加热,最高加热温度1240℃,总加热时间约13h；开轧温度不低于1150℃,终轧温度不低于870℃,终轧速度3-4 m/s,轧后堆垛缓冷.性能强度满足标准要求. PCrNi1Mo交货状态:钢棒以退火工艺保障材质强度。
