X120Mn12高锰耐磨钢是欧标高锰无磁抗冲击耐磨钢，与国内Mn13高锰耐磨钢相似。适用于高冲击磨损行业。抛丸机，路面机械，特种工程，矿山、冶金、煤炭、机械、电气等地；首先X120Mn12也是高锰耐磨钢，执行的是欧标，Mn13执行的是国内企业标准。都是非常好的抗冲击的耐磨钢种。磨损分冲击磨损，摩擦磨损以及悬浮磨损。Cr铬是抵抗磨损磨损，也就是接触磨损最佳原材料。Mn锰是抵抗冲击磨损最佳原材料。
X120Mn12成分里含高锰成分的同时还添加部分Cr铬元素，让材料的抗磨损性能达到最佳。
X120Mn12 high manganese wear-resistant steel is an European standard high manganese non-magnetic impact wear-resistant steel, similar to domestic Mn13 high manganese wear-resistant steel. It is suitable for high impact wear industries such as shot blasting machines, road machinery, special engineering, mining, metallurgy, coal, machinery, and electrical fields. First, X120Mn12 is also a high manganese wear-resistant steel, which complies with the European standard, while Mn13 complies with domestic enterprise standards. Both are excellent impact wear-resistant steel grades. Wear can be divided into impact wear, friction wear, and suspended wear. Chromium (Cr) is the best raw material for resisting wear, i.e., contact wear. Manganese (Mn) is the best raw material for resisting impact wear. X120Mn12, in addition to containing high manganese content, also adds some chromium (Cr) elements, making the material's wear resistance reach the optimal level.
X120Mn12高锰耐磨钢特性：
X120Mn12高锰耐磨钢具有抵抗强冲击、大压力物料磨损等耐磨材料；高锰钢最大的特点有两个：一是外来冲击越大，其自身表层耐磨性越高；二是随着表面硬化层的逐渐磨损，新的加工硬化层会连续不断形成。X120Mn12扎制钢板对强冲击磨损和大应力磨损有极好的耐磨性能，在使用过程中不会出现破碎，而且具有便于切割、焊接、弯曲等易机械加工性能。传统使用的高络铸铁仅仅对移动磨损有较好的耐磨性。X120Mn12高锰耐磨钢轧制钢板可以有效降低设备易损件的使用成本并节省设备检修费用，提高成品竞争力。
X120Mn12高锰耐磨钢化学成分：
碳 C ：1.10～1.30；
硅 Si：0.30～0.50；
锰 Mn：11.00～14.00；
硫 S ：≥0.040；
磷 P ：≤0.100；
铬 Cr：1.50。

屈服强度Re（Mpa）：≥410；
伸长率 δ (％)：≥40；
冲击吸收率Akv（J）：124（常温）；
