ZGMn13特性及适用范围：
ZGMn13具有高的抗拉强度、塑性和韧性以及无磁性，即使零件磨损到很薄，仍能承受较大的冲击载荷而不致破裂，可用于铸造各种耐冲击的磨损件，如球磨机衬板、挖掘机斗齿、破碎机牙板等。一般用于结构复杂，要求以韧性高为主的冲击铸件，如履带板、斗前壁、提梁等。
ZGMn13 has high tensile strength, plasticity, toughness and non-magnetism. Even when parts are worn thin, they can withstand large impact loads without breaking, and can be used to cast various impact-resistant wear parts, such as ball mill liners, excavator bucket teeth, crusher jaw plates, etc. It is generally used for complex structures, impact castings requiring high toughness, such as track plates, bucket front walls, lifting beams, etc.

ZGMn13高锰钢也是典型的抗磨钢,铸态组织为奥氏体加碳化物。经1000°C左右水淬 处理后组织转变为单一的奥氏体或奥氏体加少量碳化物，韧性反而提高。 
主要特点是在强烈的冲击、挤压条件下，表层迅速发生加工硬化现象，使其在心部仍保持奥氏体良好的韧性和塑性的同时硬化层具有良好的耐磨性能。
ZGMn13化学成份：
碳 C ：0.95～1.35；
硅 Si：0.30～0.80；
锰 Mn：11.00～14.00；
硫 S ：≤0.035；
磷 P ：≤0.070。
ZGMn13力学性能：
抗拉强度 σb (MPa)：≥735；
伸长率 δ (％)：≥30；
冲击韧性值 αku (J/cm2)：≥147；
硬度 ：≤300HBS。
ZGMn13热处理规范及金相组织：
热处理规范：淬火，1060～1100℃，水冷。
When ZGMn13 high manganese steel with austenitic structure is subjected to impact load, plastic deformation occurs on the metal surface. As a result of deformation strengthening, obvious work hardening phenomenon occurs in the deformed layer, and the surface hardness is greatly increased. Under low impact load, it can reach HB300~400, and under high impact load, it can reach HB500~800. Depending on the impact load, the depth of the surface hardened layer can reach 10~20mm. The hardened layer with high hardness can resist impact abrasion wear. High manganese steel has excellent wear resistance under strong impact abrasion wear conditions, so it is often used in mining, building materials, thermal power and other mechanical equipment to manufacture wear-resistant parts.
ZGMn13高锰钢奥氏体组织的高锰钢受到冲击载荷时，金属表面发生塑性变形。形变强化的结果，在变形层内有明显的加工硬化现象，表层硬度大幅度提高。低冲击载荷时，可以达到HB300～400，高冲击载荷时，可以达到HB500～800。随冲击载荷的不同，表面硬化层深度可达10～20mm。高硬度的硬化层可以抵抗冲击磨料磨损。高锰钢在强冲击磨料磨损条件下，有优异的抗磨性能，故常用于矿山、建材、火电等机械设备中，制作耐磨件。
