一、产品说明

材质牌号：H90/F18/H90，H90/08Al/H90，以F18深冲钢（低碳冷轧钢带）为基材，双面H90黄铜冷轧压延复合轧制。

厚度规格：2.0-3.2mm 按需定制。

宽度：450-600mm，可卷带，分条，开平板供货

延伸率：32%以上

抗拉强度：300-400

状态：退火态交付。

A、工业材料：覆铜钢片 深冲，拉伸产品，五金冲压件；

B、导热方面：铜火锅料，热餐具料，太阳能集热板、汽车水箱带各种散热片等；

C、装饰方面：豪华铜门窗铜装饰，铜标牌，焊接铜管及家用电器和装饰装潢等行业的基本材料；

D、导电方面：铜铝复合导电带、连接板、工业垫片、低压电器、导电排、变压器、电抗器，电子元器件，接插件，连接器，继电器，散热器等。

Chemical composition of coating:
Copper=88~91%, Zinc=Remainder
The thickness of Brass 90 sheet for each side should be
3.4 to 4% of the thickness of the flat steel
Base metal:
Hot rolled flat steel.

Base metal composition:
C=0.11-0.19%, Mn=0.35-0.55%, Al=0.02-0.08%
Si=Not more than 0.06%, Cr=Not more than 0.15%
Cu= Not more than 0.20%, S= Not more than 0.04%,
P= Not more than 0.035%, Ni=Not more than 0.30%
Total Sulfur + Phosphorous= Not more than 0.07%
Mechanical Properties:
Ultimate tensile strength (UTS) = 31~40 Kg/mm2
Elongation > 29%
