拐点不变,但线性区域的油量曲线与原始曲线(蓝色曲线)呈放射状分布,即通电时间越长,喷油量增加得越大。这时候,如果只是一味无地通过加厚针阀升程垫片的方法来降低全负荷点的油量,就会地改变喷油器的动态喷射特性,如绿色曲线所示。在高速区,只有全负荷点一个喷射点的油量与标准油量一致,其它点油量均不正确,AVL GK这就是明明各测试的油量都符合但却敲缸的原因。
当全负荷点偏大较多时,不要试图通过加厚针阀升程垫片的方式来降低油量,需要直接更换新油嘴。通常,对于针阀升程为300微米的喷油器,调整幅度不要超过80微米。而对升程为200微米的喷油器
